Billing is, unless otherwise agreed with the client :

• on a monthly basis calculated according to time spent, using rates that reflect the experience and specialization of the lawyers involved,
• based on budgets,
• fixed prices or, as necessary,
• success fees agreed in advance.

For consultancy advice to enterprises the firm may also be able to agree on a package subscription.
